Marlin 30-30. Me and my brother were in stands about 100yards apart when the buck walked past his stand coming towards mine. He didn't take the shot because he thought it was a doe. After I downed him I mooned my brother and did a little victory dance. HAHA! He wasn't happy.

My first deer was a 6 pointer taken at 30 feet with a winchester 1300 shotgun and slug.

A crossbow.....then a compound bow. Have yet to take one with a gun, cause I am a bowhunting fanatic.

Three years ago, I was age 35. One shot with a borrowed .257 Roberts, about 120 yards. A nice 8-point that scored 99.

A Mule deer with a 30 Carbine I bought from another GI for about 30 bucks. Next year I graduated to a Rem 30-06. Bought that one from another GI needin money 2 days before pay day.

Geez - now I'm shootin a freekin shot gun in Delaware!!
