RE: HOW LONG DO BATTERIES LAST IN STEALTH CAM?
Funny you should just bring that up as I just opened my Stealth Digi to replace the batteries. I probably got about 7 actual whole days use with the duracells. Took about 13 night (flash) pics and about 25 daytime pics. I'm fixing to go shopping for some better batteries. And on mine, when the little red low battery light comes on, it means you have about 2 or 3 pics left before it goes dead. Also, the battery life indicator doesn't work worth a crap.
So far I'm not very happy with the pic quality, battery life, or operation. Wonder if they will give me my money back?

Which stealth cam?
Ground Hunter, did you get the 1.3mp or 3.0mp cam? I've had very good lick with my 1.3 although I've seen quite a few negative post. Stealth cam had a rep on here that responded to jason about his 3.0mp cam. They seemed willing to work with him to resolve the issue. These are the links they provided

Here's the original thread http://forum.hunting.net/asppg/tm.asp?m=689178
and based upon a follow up thread they were astanding behind the product 100%

You may have already seen these but if not here they are.
I email a question to stealthcam on monday and am still waiting for them to respond. I want to get rechargeable batteries but they are 1.2 volts instead of 1.5v. I'm not sure if it will make a diffrence or not but I hate to waste money on batteries or fry my unit. I think a hostile follow up email is in order.

Thanks Adams. I'm going to try her out one more time. There have been deer or something coming in and eating the corn, just not getting any pics for some reason. I have only got one with two deer, and one of a coon, I think.
I going to try another new spot on an existing trail, and see what it does. And it's the 3.0 digi

If you're talking about the cheapie model or any of the 35MM models that take the AA batteries, we typically will get 4 weeks sometimes 5 out of a set of Rayovac Maximum Plus batteries.
