well, now, this is my 6TH B and C racoon !! Proof? I'll have the racoon x rayed! i'll take a polygraph!! I'll sell my story to "racoon hunter Monthly" for 1.4 mil!!!

I have a signed agreement not to call it the world record coon! so i won't. but it WAS the BIGGEST coon in the universe!

I had a secret panel of judges score it, there is no bondo on it.....x-ray away!

did i mention this was my 7th B and C racoon? the 1st one i got when i was 4 with a fisher price bow and sucky-cup arrow.
seroiusly, thanks for all the compliments on the tale. I appreciate it!

Moose I learned a long time ago you don't mess with a boar coon! I killed one years ago and he scared me so bad when he went into his death throes I almost dumped my drawers, your story was excellent!

LMAO!!
Now that's a great story to start my day off with.
Yep, those racoons can be pretty mean. When we were kids my buddy had a bunch of them living in the loft of his barn. They used to scare the crap out of us.
Well, until we were old enough to shoot .22's. They didn't last too long after that.

Moose, funny story.

Not only are boar coon mean, but so are sows. I had one that was killing my chickens and ducks early this spring. When I went in there it was growling and charged at me. To say the least, I ran into the house as fast as I could. Ten minutes later I came back out, this time with gun in hand. The biggest problem is that my lowest powered gun is a 30-30 Marlin. Shooting into a building, 10:30 at night...difficult right. Shot the first time, it ducks and the shell went through the building. I didn't make that mistake twice. Lines up on the vitals as it was climbing the chicken shed wall. Didn't miss this time. Believe it or not, it was still crawling though. The next shot put it down for good. It's amazing that a coon can take two shots at close range and I have killed mature bucks with the same gun at 125 yards and put them down with one shot. Now that, in my mind, is supercoon!

Great story Moose. Thanks for the laugh. Just wish I could have been sitting in a tree nearby when it happened. I would have fell out from laughing so hard.
