Gun or bow, depending on the hit I'm going to wait accordingly. I've lost too many deer in my begining years of hunting by pushing them too soon. If I don't see it go down within sight I'll wait. If I track the deer and find a gut pile, I'm going to follow the footprints and drag line. Then I'm going to follow the truck tracks back to the yahoo that took my deer. If that doesnt' work I'll sit at the road where they loaded him day after day until I get an explantation.
