Default motion cameras

What is about the cheapest you can get? Do they flash? Thinking of getting one and hiding to catch who is getting in my stand.

My buddy got some for $70 that work good. I know camtrakker and some others have a feature where you can turn off the flash, but don' t know if the cheap ones do. Maker sure there is no flash on or the intruder will load his gum with snuff, unzip his duffle bag, remove his limb saw, kneel while cutting down the tree you have it strapped around (assuming you didn' t strap it to a big tree), and have himself a new motion camera to take back after he hunts your stand!

I have the Stealth Cam from Wal-Mart for $68. It works good, not the best but worth the money. When I test the motion sensor, it picks up out to about 20 feet. It does have a flash so if the trespasser is getting in your stand while it is dark he will find the camera. Not only would you have someone hunting your stand but you may also be missing a camera.

cover the flash with a couple layers of tape and youll be ok. this way you will only get pictures during the day. you will have some wasted film, so set the timer for 30 minute intervals
