280 acres in Missouri
I found a farm in Jefferson county Missouri I would like to get but cant afford on my own, im looking for one or two GOOD guys to go in on it with me. It looks real good the total price for it is 7200. I can send aerials. Im from Indiana. PM me if interested.

I think you left off some zeros and if you can't afford $7200 on your own if that's the correct price I don't believe I would want to get involved in any business deals. I paid almost that much for 20 acres back in 1973!

Lol I guess I did leave out that it was a lease.
$7200.00 and national hunting leases isn't a place that's going to rip you off... Also keep in mind I haven't gone to look at this yet I was purely looking for someone that might be interested and then go from there.

That would also be my take if it's now a lease we're talking about. Three people would be almost $2500 a piece per year. You might as well buy a chunk of land even if it's a lot smaller and put that into payments on it for that kind of money.

Or rent a farmhouse you can live in and on land you can hunt on. Downside would be that the owners and all their friends/family would have first choice on everything.
Or pay the $7200 or $3600 for the lease and then rent the farmhouse after your wife sees the credit card statement.
Getting tough to get your own private land to hunt on these days.
