I wish I could, but I have no idea how something like that could be handled when the guy is in another country. You can bet your butt that the authorities won't get involved in something like that since there is no way you can even prove that anything the guy has, if he even has anything, is yours. I also wouldn't go up there and try to do anything or you will wind up being the bad guy and may not make it back to your family. Some things just need to be forgotten even though it's hard to do.

Even if you could prove he cheated and or defrauded you, the crime is not serious enough to have him extradited. You only remedy is civil suit and good luck getting him back to sue him. No one, and I mean no one hates to get cheated more than I do but there are times when we just have to stop dwelling and let it go. On a scale of bad things that happen to people from one to ten, this is about a one. It seems like more when it s personal because it is a personal insult.
