This is why the system of points to a side is tough. here you go, he has 4 pts, a legal buck.
And again, I do not believe that ethics have anything to do with which buck to shoot. I let little guys go every year till the last week of the seasons, why? cause I like to deer hunt, kill a deer, harvest a deer whatever you want to call it. No problem shooting a doe or a litle guy if given the chance. I am also a sucker for antlers, from a spike to a monster 10. Show up at my house with a dead spike I am going to grab 2 beers, shake your hand and then grab the horn and listen to the story. To me its all about the hunt, thats what people are forgetting. To some its just about the antlers and to me thats not unethical at all, its pitifull
