If I use a stand morning or evening works for me . But when I still hunt it doesn' t matter because I am always moving. I have killed more deer still hunting than I ever have on a stand .

I usually hunt dawn to dusk, all of my kills have come after about 10 AM to noon. If I don' t have a deer, I keep hunting until I get one.

I hunt all day, but my best success has been in the A.M., anywhere from 6 until noon. I have actually had more sucess in the mid day hours than I have just before dark.

It would have to be morning hunting. I’ve never had any success in the evening.

Well I have killed more n the AM and my biggest in the AM, but I have killed enough of them in the evening to keep my interest up!

Well I prefer mornings but the majority of my deer have been taken on evening hunts.

I' ve shot way more in the evenings just becuase I hunt more evenings. I could go either way, the best thing about mornings is when you shoot one, still having daylight for tracking and butchering.

Nothing I dislike more than having to track a blood-trail in the dark with flashlights (bow)

I like the morning, but I read an article recently (I can' t remember where) and the author had a bunch of statistical data showing that more bucks are taken in the evening.
