Anyone familiar with "Whitetail Authority" ?
Is anyone familiar with this business from Wellsville, Ks?

I placed an order there on 10/4/11 online. I have a receipt with my customer id and order number but it stated there would be a confirmation email, which I did not receive. Not the first time that has happened so I called their phone number the next day and got a voice message. I left a voice message requesting contact and leaving my cell number.
On 10/6/11, my visa card was charged for the order.
On 10/8/11, I attempted to create a user account, and it indicated another customer was using my email.
On 10/9/11, I sent an email requesting the same information of my phone message.
On 10/11/11, I posted on their facebook wall, and called again, getting the same voice message.
On 10/13/11, I called a second number listed on their website as customer service and it was not even the right business. It was an older lady who indicated I had the wrong number. I read it from the website and she verified they have the wrong number posted.
I attempted the phone number again on the same date an again got the voice message.
I also sent a second email from a different account documenting the above and requesting a simple phone call.
On 10/17/11, I called the number again and left another message.
I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I am not looking to trash talk, just wondering what the heck is going on.
Wondering if anyone is familiar with this business or not, or knows how to get ahold of a human at the biz.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Wasn't even a big order, but it is still bothersome to not get a simple confirmation, especially since they have charged my card.

I have dealt with a few shady places like that in the past. It's only been 11 days since your order though, you want speed ship stay with the big name stores.
I agree, I hate not being able to get someone on the phone, bad bussiness.
I learned this along time ago, Internet orders stay with someone I know and trust. The iffy shops, only when I can be there myself to pay.

On 10/6/11, my visa card was charged for the order.
They will refund the amount you were charged.
And have them put a hold on futher debits from this company, to keep another person from using your visa card for their orders.

Thanks for the replies. Not worried about the ship time, if your gonna advertise your business as being open M-F 8:30 - 4:30 CST, then I would expect to talk to a person at some point. Left another message yesterday and called just now, still getting answering machine and have yet to make contact with a human. Today is 10 working days since I ordered, still nothing received.
