Congrats not everyone finds bone on there 1st ever trip cant wait to see pics I hope these are just the 1st of lots more to come....Good luck

I scouted, scouted, and scouted for that buck all summer and finally just saw him today for the first time.

These are the sheds I found while bowhunting this fall. The top right I found on private land on 10/29/2011. The bottom right I found on public land on 10/23/2011. The two big ones I found 70 yards apart on public land today 11/8/2011. The two big ones I believe are from the same deer but one was shed a year before the other.

When do bucks start losing there antlers?When can you start looking for them??I'd like to give this a try,see what i find.Thanks

I think it varies by region but I live close enough to NC that it's pretty much the same. Here in TN I look from February till it gets too hot. As far as when they drop their antlers goes.. Usually from Mid January to April. It varies between deer.

Found these on Friday. My first matching set of sheds and they are nice! The other one my buddy found a matching set of last year and he's starting to decline.
