It' s still speculation on you part whether I' m spouting off at the mouth or not.
So proove us wrong then!
I don' t have many mule deer or elk where I hunt so I' m not too worried about seeing such sights.
Now that was just a dumb statement to make. Neither does Wisconsin but they have CWD in there whitetails. Here are some more pics for you. Oh wait a minute is that two whitetails I see there? It also looks like there is CWD in Oklahoma which borders what state? You guessed it ARKANSAS.

Not once Have I said that we should start killing everything in sight. But It will come to that If we do not do something to slow this disease down. Banning baiting and feeding seems pretty logical to me especially considering that there is so much research that strongly suggests that baiting speeds the transmission of the disease. It has also been proven that CWD is passed orally from one deer to another. You can sit hare and argue all you want but the fact is saliva spreads CWD and when you have deer that congregate together to feed unnaturally this disease will spread.

Like talking to a brick wall eh bigbulls. You see that pic of the kid and his buck? He was shot about a mile from my house. Not sure if that was acually the first case discovered in WI., but 1 of the first 3 for sure. [:' (] It really tears at ya when you walk up and see the deer you just shot looking like the ones in the pics. Anybody that thinks it can' t happen where they hunt, are idiots.

Want to bet? I' d wager you have a captive cervid farm within 50 miles.
Looks like we better start killing off all the deer while we still have time!
Whats this " we" shi+? You got a mouse in your pocket, or does Beebe Arkansas have CWD too? You really haven' t read a whole lot on this subject have you? It shows.

NO SH**. Like you said earlier, some people are stuck on stupid.
Here' s a thought. What if the disease is brought under control and occurance rates are even lower than they are now(which is already very low)??? Should baiting then be allowed again? What if the population density is also lower, should baiting then be allowed? Will baiting EVER be allowed again in Wi.??
You know what, Colorado' s occurance rates started out really low too. In fact, I' ll bet it started with only one or two deer or elk. I hope baiting will never be allowed again and as far as I' m concerned baiting shouldn' t be allowed anywhere. There is no baiting allowed in Colorado for anything and yet we still manage to get our elk, deer, bears, cats, sheep, goats, antelope, and moose. Get out and be a hunter instead of a shooter.

As of right now, the baiting and feeding ban has expired. If the state legislature fails to vote on it by Aug. or Sept., it goes back into effect. Its a hazard to the health of our herd, why keep it around?

Lets put it another way. Do you have any pets? If so, would you feed your dog or cat or horses etc... food that might be contaminated with a disease that would eat away at its' brain and was 100% fatal and there was no cure for and you were not allowed to put the animal to sleep to rid it of it' s pain? It would have to suffer this terrible disease for fifteen months until it finally died and all you could do was sit there and watch it die a slow and painful death. Would you risk your family pets life like that?

On a happier note, is that your deer Nub? It' s one fine deer!!! I hope to get one like that one day.
