DD, i am building one now that is on wheels. i'll be able to move it with my atv. its not going to be but 10ft to the floor level . i'm mainly going to use it around corn fields ,so i just want to get high enough to see over the corn. we have major bear crop damage problems here . in september we will get early bear tags to help slow the damage. i'll post some pics soon. i will build my blind out of a 4ft square plastic water tank,i'll just cut the top off and raise it to the height i need. you may have seen these tanks around your area ,they come in a cage . alot of factories use them .the nice thing about using a plastic tank is no rot.

We just use straw bails stacked up and put play wood on top and lay corn stalks on the side and top to break it up.. It is nice. Blocks you from the wind. If you make a nice one you can easely fit 2-3 people...

If you want something on the ground you can do what I did ths year. I got an old sleeper cab off of a semi and put some windows in it. Then I put a good camp paint job on it. it looks awesome.
