Does anyone have a good recipe for steelhead. A buddy at work was asking me but I never cooked one. They have filets, not whole fish. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

I would think that you will have a better chance of getting an answer on a fishing forum or the " Camp Cook" forum.

Any method of cooking a trout or a salmon will work for steelhead.

Not all deer hunters fish steelhead and not all steelheaders hunt deer. But those that do both are probably very good at both.

butter the filets cover em in montreal steak spice wrap in tin foil and throw on the bbq for about 15 mins!
