Its illegal to enterfear with someones hunt if they are doing it legally, Not a smart thing to blow your season off and go down and make alot of noise. Just go down and if they tresspass or shot a deer on your property prossicute them. Thats all you can do legally.
It is notillegal to dowhat you want withyour PRIVATE property even if it interferes with someones hunting on adjoining land (cuttingfirewood, running 4-wheelers etc.)But Idon't think it would be a smart thing to do because it would ruin your season. I would still hunt the area and the pressure from the public land should push somedeer your way, and while your set up youmay even get a chance to bust one of them trespassing.

You can ride a 4 wheeler and saw but you can not go out and yell and scream to interfear wath someone hunting. That is hunter harrassment. If using a saw You had at least be cutting on a tree or some limbs. Better read up on regulations before you do anything to make sure you are legal.

Man, you want to piss off fellow hunters that are hunting legally? Wow, thats not too cool. If I hunted public land and the best spot for me to hunt according to scouting and Topo maps was close to a property line, you bet im going to hunt it. Of course Im going to respect the property lines and only shoot game that is well onto the land Im allowed to hunt. Until these guys or gals trespass or interfer with your hunt, then I say you are over reacting. Be glad you have private land to hunt. People I know that hunt private land near public land enjoy how people push a lot of the deer onto their land. Just keep it well posted and hope they are all ethical hunters!

Wishful thinking there. In a perfect world, we wouldn't have to worry about people crossing boundary lines, poaching game, andnot being ethical hunters, but we are far from living in a perfect world. I would be concerned if public hunters were hunting close to my property, but there is really nothing you can do unless they cross the line.

Ironic that every confirmed instance of trespass in my neck of the woods in recent years was committed by landowners who had their own property posted andthrow a fit if anyone comes near it.
