Is it to early to rattle (lightly) and use the grunt tube this early in the year? have you used it and what was the outcome? Thanks

Its definetly not too early to use a grunt call. Ask yourself, Do they stop talking? Definetly not too early.

Had good luck with a Fawn distress but not so much with a bleat. Have had does come running in like the worlds coming to an end but careful there on high alert and don't hang around long.

Rattling lightly is good right now, but make it sound like two young bucks sparing, nothing major. Grunts work well too, just dont overdo it. A fawn distress call is great right now.
