I wouldn't spend the money on it. Even if they use the anti-hunting.com domain they would just use something else. It's a good thought, but they've already got their organizations established and we have ours. Nowit's just a matter of picking a side and defending it

Most antihunting sites have names that camoflage their actual intent, PETA and the HSUS come to mind, so buying that domain would be a waste of time. Most are .orgs anyway since the bulk of them are nonprofits.
