Default right equipment for a food plot??

i am new to making food plots, and the area where i am putting it in a plow or things like that cannot reach soo was wonderin wat other kinda things work best to uproot grass or things firmly in the ground?

Spray it with Roundup and plant White Ladino Clover in late February through late March, depending upon where you live...With clover, no need to till the soil...

If possible, get a soil sample to see how much lime and fertilizer you need to apply...
