[Question] Best Counties For Big Deer?
I am trying to do some research on the best deer hunting counties in the midwest and Ontario. I want to rank the top ten actually. I was hoping you guys could give me some ideas to start my research.
I have a few that come to mind but I don't want to miss any really good counties when I try to rank the top ten.
You guys have any sugestions for best deer hunting counties in the mid-west and ontario?

Try doing a search forboone and crockett entries by county, Buffalo Co. should still be at the top, trempealeau might be in the top 10. Pike, Adams, and Fulton Counties in IL should be there also.

Ohio
Athens County
Meigs County
Hocking County
I beleieve the Beatty Buck was taken in Athens County and the Worlds largest Typical taken with a bow was in Meigs or Athens can't remember. Those counties routinely produce 10, 12, 14, 16 pointers. I hunted hocking county and they weren't to shabby either
