Im a resident so I wouldnt know. I do know that your in luck that our crappy DNR loves your money so they increase liscenses for NR. Good luck. Better chance for doe only too I think...maybe not though.

also... I hope your talking for next year as the seasons have started unless talking about muzzleloader.
