The biggest buck I've ever seen in person was taken in the north central part of the state and I live in the S.W. area Known for big bucks. Last years concurrent buck, doe season alone protected a lot of bucks and many larger bucks have been taken this year as a result. We toke 80,000 more does than bucks last year. I saw more does than bucks taken again this year so,I think we may be headed in the right direction. But, time will tell.
