I'd shoot. I'm thinking that bullet is going to slow down plenty after exiting the deer, and probably mushrooming really good too. There's alot of water, and a fairly high bank behind him, and some big trees, so I'm not worried about the bullet traveling far at all.Of course, if there's buildings beyond that, I'd reconsider. But if there's just more woods or field, he's a gonner.
