I was curious if some of you would pass due to the water in the background, and I see some thought of it.

Geez Dude......
These photo shots REALLY SUCK.......[:'(]
THE BACK GROUNDS Are REAL BLURRY AND JUST PLAIN AWFUL.....BAD,BAD ,BAD......
How can anybody now for sure whats behind that animal...
These must be either taken by a real amature...
Or The camera itself is a lemon...Toss IT Now.....
If my bino were like that they'd be in that lake....(at least I'm guessing its a swamp behind that deer.....
And I certainly wouldn't be pointing my scoped gun at anything that viewed like this pic.....
That scope would be under (squashed) by my right front truck tire..
Lets get some clarity
Similar pics to the one you have of the mature doe....

the pics are fine jeffs overeacting.
I might wait to see if he moves so the waters not there to keep the bullet going.
and if he runs he's not the last big buck out there.

First of all, If I'm hunting an area I'm gonna know what the surroundings are like. So the water don't mean squat if I know what's behind it, and if there is something behind it that I shouldn't be shooting towards then it wouldn't matter if it was water or dry land I wouldn't do it. But bottom line is I'm gonna already know beforehand.

You can call what you want...
And I certainly should of presented my case
to buckhunter14 a way different way...My appologise to you dude...
I'm not trying to rain onhis parade, whatbuckhunter14 is doing is great...
However he is presenting us images that are unfocused and which backgrounds are blurred......
These images to me represent the shot I'm suppose to call..
I'm pretending I'm looking at them threw bino's of that clarity.....
To me its frustrating to now that there are hunters that go out every year with optical clarity like the ones presented...
For all you that think the images are fine... I disagree...And am very glad your well away from me, unfortinitly your someone elsesproblem...
Good/clear optics are that extra insurance policy that either make hunting safe foreverbody and everyliving animal in the bushor ruin it...
Its no different than driving around in a car with no brakes...
Every year we hear stories of hunter accidents...Whether it be another animal shot or a button buck accidenly dropped or a bull moose that had 3 tines indstead of 2 or bucks that had 3 points instead of 4...
The excuse being "Well I didn't see it" or I "swear to god it had"
and its generally because of optics like these that don't get replaced when they should...
That excuse being...Well I can't afford it ........
Well if one who can't afford the scope...How is he going to pay the penalty..
Which is generally in the cost of a fine which is as much, or more than the cost of better optics...
And its damaging to everyother hunter out there as well..........
Thankfully optical companies know this, and are starting to produce much cleareroptics for everybodies pricline...
That last thread buckhunter14 is much better..THANKS DUDE....
