3. It's the only time of the year I drink Mt Dew. I slam a 20 oz right before i head into the woods.
That sounds really smart cause then you have to pee the whole time you are sitting there

I usually get all my peeing done by sunrise, plus I have pretty good bladder capacity.

HA HA, Maybe not now but that will change as you get older. Myself I don't have that many. I grow a mustache starting Sept 6th (my birthday) and don't shave it off until my season is over. I have a "lucky" pillow case (camo) I take along made by my wife. I take 3 boxes of shells, 15 in the woods with me, "lucky" sunflower seedsto chew on, and lastmy sonburned a country CD to listen to on my 4 hour drive. Listened to the same one the last 5 years and it works. Gets put back in the case at the end of the season and doen't come out until my next drive down.

I hang everything outside the night before hunting. Pants, gloves, underwear, socks, boots, coat, EVERYTHING. My first morning out every season I have gotten a deer, whether it be a week after opening or a month after opening.

This is am old thread but a funny one and we do have some new members. I am not all that superstitious but seem to always have a lucky t- shirt. Years ago I had an HNI t-shirt given to me by Justin (old admin) and always took it on hunting trips. I would wear it on the day I thought was going to be good and harvested many deer and elk while I had it on. A few years ago I got a New York Giants football t-shirt for fathers day and bring that one along for the ride. The past 2 years I have filled my Vt buck tag when I had it on plus last year shot a nice 6X6 bull elk on a Colorado trip. Looks like I have 2 shirts that now bring good luck.

I wear the same hat every bow season, and the same hat every gun season. I don't shave till I shoot one...there have been times when I don't look so hot. When I buy new arrows I select the best one and set it aside. I call it my virgin arrow. Come bow season that arrow is the one that is on my string. I shoot that arrow and that arrow only for as long as I have it. Every year on the eve of gun season I load my gun and then eject every shell. I only carry five shells with me, and every opening morning I rack a round into my gun, as soon as I get to the blind, and announce that it's time for something to get shot.

Mine aren't all that good, but I am sure there are some funny ones out there. Lets hear em.
I wear my right sock on my left foot and my left sock on my right foot.
