I shot a buck a few years ago that was 6 mayby 7 years old, I also found a pair of sheds that were definately his from the year before. It must have been a good year for him though cause his length, mass, and amount of trash on his rack all increased. As for body size, well, he was pretty slimed down form the rut but with a good layer of fat he probably would have dressed 225-250 instead of the 198 he did.
