Kentucky's Fish and Wildlife has redone their processing video and put it on DVD to make it eaiser to watch while working on your deer. Here is a link:

For years I have taken deer to get processed. $70 minium per deer and I had to wait a couple months (if not longer) to get the meat back. I'm not even sure the meat I got back was off the deer I shot. I'm also not convinced I got all the meat back that I was supposed to get.I found a electric meat grinder/sausage stuffer at Cabelas for $70. At that time I had a 200 lb buck hanging to be processed. I spent the $70 on the meat grinder and had a friend help me butcher my buck. I will never take another one to the meat locker again! I will save that video on my computer! Thank you!

Thank you very much. I've always wanted to know how to do that, because it would save me about $60.00 for every deer I kill.
