Default Deer processing video link

Here's a link to a 15 minute video on deer processing from the Ky Fish and Wildlife website. Right click on it and click save target as to download. It may take some time to downlaod depending on your connection speed.

Shadow; Thanks alot. I've never followed those exact seams before---he makes it alot easier than I do for sure. I'll be following this in a few days as I'm butchering that big one....

Very informative. But if he wanted to call that a complete job he could have saved some of the neck bones for soup or gravy. Made me envious that I don't have one to butcher.
On a side note, it is not advisable to wear your camo while bar-b-q-ing. The smell on your clothes may upset the deer.
