Default Deer processing video

Another post was asking who processed their deer versus taking it to a processor. I found this video a while back that shows how simple it is to get a deer boned out in a hurry. I haven't been hunting all that long and used to wait until I got home to bone out a quartered animal. This is a lot easier, saves space, and doesn't mess up the kitchen. This probably isn't anything new to most of you, but maybe it will help someone.

good video! I must admit while I have done my own deer the last few years, I never really have known what parts of the rear were the sirloin and stuff. I've always focused on the backstraps. Thanks for posting it.
