thanks guys its awsome to get a deer with a smokepole, its hard just getting time off from work.. work for the post office and working 14-15hours a day 6 days aweek for the dec. month going out this morning,the funny think is when i shot that doe she didnt even leave a blood trail and the exit wound was just a hole, all the bleeding came from her mouth,

Nice doe. Any deer in MA is a good deer. Esp. this point in the season. I can't believe how loud it is walking around here now! Where in MA you hunting?
We've been driving 'em out here in Berkshire County. I'll tell ya, you can hear them coming along way off now. Seems to be warming up a bit today. Maybe it will be a little quieter underfoot this afternoon.
