IL Hunter

Pike County and the area is over outfitted. There are a lot of good deer around, but there are tons of hunters and pressure. People are jumping on the outfitter bandwagon left and right. It's gotten so bad locals can barely even hunt here anymore. I would never come on a bow hunt after the gun seasons. The deer are used to getting shot at. I Wish less people would come to Pike county and maybe only the good outfitters would survive. So many people come from the city and spend big money with little or no experience and it is quite frustrating. I would never expect to come at the end of the season an expect to see a bunch of large bucks.
