Iowa Deer Hunters
Anybody going out this first shotgun season. By now there is talk about Iowa bucks but nothing so far. Anyone seeing any big one out there? I have one that I have been watching that has a 10" drop tine. Well just wondering.

I can't hunt gun season because I hunted early m-loader and scored on
an OK buck. Last week I got my best buck yetwith my bow. I still have two antlerless tags I could fill, but the freezer is pretty full. My son and his friend will be going Saturday. Nothing would make me happier than my son bagging a nice one. Jim

My daughter and I will be going 2nd shotgun season this year. From what I am being told there is allot of big ones in Hardin county and that is where we will be hunting. I hunt meat though and not antlers, but if a buck cross's by I will take my chance.
