As some of you guys know I love to go to Alberta to hunt and will be booking a hunt with my guide Don Tyschuk for next year. The hunt will most likely be in the third week of November the peek of the rut. Don only hunts 8 rifile hunters per year on his property so he has limited spaces available (as of now he only has 3 slots available). I have hunted with him twice before and took a nice 10 point in 2000 and a very nice 180 class NT last year. My hunting buddy Glen Bachman took a very nice 160 class 10 point last year. DD As an Alberta resident,I can assure everyone that we have some fine whitetails here.I hunt both Alberta and Saskatchewan every year and what amazes manypeople even more than the size of the racks is the huge bodied deer that we have.A mature buck can easily surpass 300lbs live weight in many areas.

Sounds like an interesting chance for some potentially great Canada big buck action! Best of luck to ya guys. I myself would love to hunt ALberta but the $$$ is always way up there for a chance at a uck that we actually have in decent supply in many areas here in the Midwest???
