I am in college and me and my buddies swap huntson our places with one another. It hasnt cut into our hunting trips so much... we all live about 2hours away in all different directions, but it has cut into our food and beer funds.

Gas prices haven't affected my hunting times nearly as much as working too many of my days off have!
I guess the extra work is a blessing though, after Rita blew through, and Christmas comming!

Gas prices didn't affect my hunting at all this year!! I had 9 days off for my 1 tag (cow elk), and was successful. I have gone out a couple of times for small game and birds, but nothing real serious, as I usually don't get too excited about that, have to be in the right mood I guess. Now I am just waiting for some good tracking snow, so I can get out and start working with my Redbone and my Walker/Blue-Tick for some Mt. Lions!! Can't wait, should be fun!!
