243 win is adequate for all deer. I found over theyears that sticking to a partition or barnes has brought tremendous success for complete pass throughs. I used a hornady 100gr spire point this year and the shot broke both shoulders with no exit wound. Great calibre for little to none recoil!

Im going to try those Hornady 100 gr rounds. Sounds like they do a better job then the winchester super x and the corelokt's ive been tryin out.
