Default Noisey Jacket

Howdy, I picked up a "Chill Killer" jacket for pretty cheap from a bud. It is nice and warm but man is it noisey. I tried washing it about 4 times, but it still is bad. The shell is made from polyester, normally isnt too bad, but this jacket I think was sprayed to make it waterproof? Anyway I can rough it up to get the "Slick" feel off it?

Thanks,
Matt

Default RE: Noisey Jacket

I had the same problem with the jacket that I hunt with right now go get a lightweightfleece jacket that is bog enough to go over the jacket and sew it on in a bunch of different places.Make sure you sew it together in the armpit area, arms and the sides really good, that way the jacket even if it is noisy it cant rub against itself. This will quiet down any noisy jacket.
