Shelf life for Scents
Are scents still good if kept from season to season? I have some fox pee that I used as a cover last year... would it still be good?
I know... many of you will say "go spend another $5 and get some new...".
Problem is, what's on the store shelf might be left over from last year also!

If the bottle has been opened the shelf life will be very short , even if you refridgerate it . An opened bottle from last year would be degraded and useless . Synthetic scents hold up much better . I know folks who freeze doe and buck urine from their kills , but they use it up quickly after defrosting it the following year .
