TURKEY FAN: what you see in my ear is the ear piece for my walkie-talkie so I can communicate w/ my dad and/or anybody else that hunting with me.

triple D: that doe fell 20 ft. (ie the 20ft. cliff)...funnny story behind how I got her up the cliff. I actually couldn't do it. I had just had surgury 2 weeks prior and could barely walk. (surgury on thigh). I still had a drain tube in my leg, so my dad and grandpa had to drag her straight up. There was a part of the hill that wasn't straight down, it was like at an 80 degree angle..LOL...and they put the drag rope on her and pulled her up.

Congrats on allthe deer last year, hopefully you'll have another stellar one in '05. We're you hunting the same property for all the deer?

Cheers to ya!
I may be seeing things but it sure looks to me like the "doe" is a button buck. What is that lump thing in the exact spot a horn grows above it's right eye? Did it have a peg or a hole?

livbucks: not sure what that is in the pic, I don't remember seeing anything on the doe, but rest assured it is a doe.

I went back and looked at the other pics I have of her and I have come to the conclusion that it is just a tuft of hair that must have been brushed up. That is the only pic of it the spot, so im pretty sure that it is just hair.
