Default late season mule deer

Hi
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a late season mule deer hunt. Any weapon Don't mind apply for a few years to get a tag.
Thanks for the help.

Idaho has an AMAZING Late season archery hunt. Over the counter tags. You will see hundreds of deer a day! Now if you can get close enough.. That's another story.

When hunting a migration hunt, time is better spent studying the travel routes, then setting up on the well used trails in a blind. Spot and stalk is doable and presents a bigger challenge. Just depends on what you are looking for... The Idaho late season is archery only in some units, while other controlled late hunts offer any weapon. I have done both but like the archery hunts better. There are 2 archery only hunts that I know of with one running later than the other....Good luck in your pursuits. Just make sure that you check the regs. I hear there will be some changes possible this next year!!!! This is a buck I took last month when the migration kicked in....
