Looking for a little help to the best areas for Mule Deer in Utah. Will be looking to hunt public ground with an OTC general tag. Thanks.

I asked a similar question not long ago, and the answer was (basically), the southeastern portion of the state. I was looking more towards the northern part, since I live about 4 hours from there, but the fella hadn't hunted there.

Eastman's Hunting Journal made mention of a couple of regions that might be preferable duing the general hunting season. I glanced through a couple of the back issues I thought the info was in, but drew a blank. You could email them though. http://eastmans.com
