VAFB in California
Anybody ever hunt the Vandenberg airforce base in California, I am going up for the last two weekends of the muzzleloader and archery season. Anybody have any luck there before?

This reply might be too late. You've probably already hunted there by now. I've heard from a buddy that hunting there is great. Much better than Fort Hunter-Ligget. It's not as "burned out" as Ligget is, due to public access etc...
However, I was told when I called VAFB that a hunter must be military personnel only. I take it that you are in the military currently, correct?
