Moose Hunting in Alaska
Has Anyone got a moose yet?
i got mine on the second day of season in unit 20
it was a 41inch bull, i hut hum twice in the lings with my new remington 710 7mm to drop him

Congrats on your bull! I'll be hunting unit 20A during the last week of September with a bow. Got an area mapped out with several moose hanging out, including two bulls, three cows and a cow with twins. Should be a good time. I've taken two moose with a bow so far, a large cow last November and a 40" bull a few years back. Shot my first bull when I was 20 on the Tanana flats.
