Default Waterfowl food plots

I want to know what you guys use for food plots for ducks and geese. I heard Mossyoak Biologic is good and so is Japanese millet. Does anything else work real good. I live in MN so i need something that can stand up to pretty cold weather.
Thanks

I tried the Biologic. It got about a foot tall, the water level fell in our pond, and the stuff burnt up. If you can keep it flooded under about 6 inches of water you have it made. I can do that this year, but the stuff is not worth the price. From now on I plant a Duck Mixture from seedland.com and popcorn and milo. Also have a little winter wheat.
