Default Late Evening Hunting

I work 24 hour shifts and so do most of my duck hunting buddies we dont get off work until well after shooting light and getting someone to come in at 03:00 does'nt always work. We have noticed where we hunt most folks are done by lunch time. Would it be worth the effort to hunt later in the day until shooting time is over?

You bet! Try and get into somewhere where you intercept the ducks flying back to their roost for the night( from their food source back to the water). This may be more of a pass shooting thing as we find the birds are more interested in resting as they`ve already eaten. We`ve had some really good shoots at this time of the day. Good luck.
