In Ohio
We have 15 days for geese and 14 days for Teal starting Sept 1
Then we have 3 zones for geese

With 60 days in the normal season for MOST of the state , along Lake Erie we get 45 days for geese , the state is split into 3 zones

There is also a 3 week goose season for a few countys in mid Jan - feb

For ducks we have a 60 day season with 2 zones

I hunt all 3 goose zones and both duck zones
So I can hunt ducks and or geese 120+ days a year

Here in NJ, we can start hunting Canadian Geese Sept. 1st and it runs through Jan. 19th. We can hunt Snow Geese Nov. 8th through March 10th.
