Wood Ducksare delicious!

All i do is take the breasts out, slice crossways, marinate or coat with favorite sauce/marinade, grill til medium rare....you can wrap with bacon if desired. My favorite with woodrows is carribean jerk marinade.

Same here. Man it is good. I also put a dab of cream cheese in there.

Gumbo, especially after you give them a light smoking over some hickory and sweet gum.
