Using Someone Else's Blind
What are the rules or ethical concerns about using another guy's blind? I recently went for a late-season weekday hunt in an unfamiliar area (public property) and found a nice blind that was unoccupied. It was just after sunrise so I figured the owner wasn't going to show up so I set up operations and had a very "producktive" day. Was I wrong to do this? If a guy sets up a blind does that mean he has exclusive rights to that area? Your thoughts please.

I think you yere ok. I am from Md., & you aren't spose-to put up any type of permanant blind. If he showed up, he would probably be pissed. But you never know? Youall may have got allong just fine.

In Ohio, If a blind is on public land and you had to enter a drawing to obtain it, you have to have permission from the permit holder to use the blind. I am confused to one fact of yours, did you use that blind or just set up near it?
