If this is refering to the guy who was taking a picture and layed down his gun and the dog shot him in the foot. I was out hunting at the same time in ND and that hasbeen done before but not by the dog but hunters jumping out of the vehicle and gun going off. I guess the dog one got used by that hunter first and the rest of the road hunters will need to be more creative.
