I prefer the Mossberg line. They all have multiple chokes all the way through XX Turkey Chokes. I have a Mossberg 500 and love it. It is a basic pump 12 gauge shotgun, with the change of an included barrel it becomes a scoped rifled slug gun. All for about $250. For another $80 you can pick up a muzzle loader barrel and make it into a third gun!
I love mine.
You will need something that may or may not be different, it depends on the use it will see, I don't dove, or duck hunt so the recoil and pump don't bother me, you it might.

I have a Remongton 1187 semi-automatic shotgun with a scope I have just recently wanted to sell since I am only bowhunting these days...it has 4 chokes for all of your needs, plus a rifled choke for the sabot rounds.....it packs a whallop on animals. Let me know.
