i agree with 8 point there should be some rights to this footage because how do we know your not just goin to send it to a company or something sayin its yours?

does the sony handycam even hook up to the computer? thats what i have i got tons of nice bucks on cam from scouting just cant upload it

If your handi cam is in mini-dv format (which I'm sure it is) it will have a IEEE 1394 port or firewire port on the camera (sometimes labeled on the camera as a DV port) get yourself a quality firewire cable, make sure you puter has a firewire card installed and you can upload.

If you guys need anyhelp with editing raw footage let me know...I have Sony Vegas 7, Cinescore 1, DVD Architect 4.0, Sound Forge 8.0, and a couple more miscellaneousgoodies...
