Glad you liked it Idaho. You ought to try my BBQ'd squirrel bits. A bowl of them with a cooler of beer and life becomes something to sing about.

I also use a bacon strip recipe, it's alot of work, but we fillet each breast half from the bone, wrap it in bacon, and grill it, sometimes will add a piece of jelopino inside of bacon strip. Don't add any sauces, then grill until bacon is done. Very tasty morsals!
